This year, we’ve been proud to strengthen our community engagement by taking part in two careers fairs, giving students the opportunity to explore the wide range of career pathways within our industry.
Our first event took us to Neale Wade Academy, where students showed impressive interest, confidence and curiosity about the roles available across our business. Their enthusiasm set a fantastic tone for the months ahead.
More recently, we visited Cromwell Community College for our second careers fair of the year. Once again, we were met with a brilliant group of young people eager to ask questions, learn about our sector and discover potential future opportunities.
These events play an important role in our commitment to supporting the next generation – opening doors, sparking ambition and building connections that reach far beyond the workplace.
