We’re delighted to take a moment to recognise and celebrate Lacie and Jackson, who recently completed their work experience with us.
During their time with the business, both Lacie and Jackson had the opportunity to explore a range of departments, gaining valuable hands-on experience and a deeper understanding of how our organisation operates day-to-day. From observing key processes to contributing to team activities, they approached each task with enthusiasm, curiosity, and professionalism.
Work experience plays an important role in helping young people develop practical skills and build confidence as they begin to consider their future careers. Lacie and Jackson fully embraced this opportunity, showing a genuine willingness to learn and engage with colleagues across the business.
