Our fleet

We take pride in offering a cutting-edge solution for excavation projects with our state-of-the-art suction excavation fleet. Our fleet combines innovative technology with expert operators to ensure minimal disruption and maximum efficiency, all while adhering to the highest standards of health and safety.

26T Tridem

The 26T TRIDEM Suction Excavator is identical to the 32T TRIDEM, except for a smaller hopper measuring in at 9m3. Most of these machines have a standard hydraulic arm with 4.5m reach.

The reduced vehicle length allows the 26T machine more manoeuvrability and is better suited in areas with narrow access. Again, any material up to 250mm diameter can be easily excavated, as well as foreign objects.

32T Tridem

Our 32T TRIDEM Suction Excavators are perfect for long-reach excavations.
All our 32T TRIDEM machines are equipped with a MEGAARM, boasting a massive 5.5m reach. These machines boast a 12m3 capacity skip which dwarfs our competitors’ machines which are usually only 9m3 as standard. The extra capacity decreases tipping frequency, which increases productivity. Any material up to 250mm diameter can be easily excavated, as well as foreign objects.

TRIPLE FAN

A Triple Fan VAC EX system offers significant benefits due to its ability to enhance suction power. With the addition of the third fan, it contributes an additional 150-200 RPM, which increases its overall power output.
When paired with one of our Brokk systems, the triple fan can excavate from a distance of up to 100 metres. Whether you’re working in tight working environments or challenging terrains, this combo provides maximum versatility, precision, and reach.

MEGAAIR

Our MEGAAIR unit is a one-of-a-kind unit in the whole of Europe. It replaces the traditional 4.5m3/min air-flow compressor installed in all other Suction Excavators with a larger, high-performance compressor producing up to 10m3min.

This enables the use of much higher flow air-lances for significantly improved ground-loosening. The increased efficiency achieved on site when using the MEGAAIR, according to our own customers, is around 30%. That level of improved efficiency could be the difference between completing a job in a single day or progressing into a multi-day excavation.

In challenging environments where the ground consists of hard clay and standard air lances fail to make an impact, the MEGAAIR stands as the ultimate solution. Designed specifically to address the toughest of terrains, this powerful machine delivers unmatched performance in penetrating and breaking through dense, stubborn surfaces.

DINOCITY

Our DINOCITY Unit is ideal for inner city locations where access for 3 or 4 axle vehicles is impossible. The DINOCITY is only 7m long with a 3.8m short wheelbase and a height of only 3.3m. It has an arm reach either way of 4m.

The DINOCITY boasts a twin-fan unit with a fully hydraulic power arm, also equipped with an IKE system for agitating hard ground. The performance levels are similar to a TRIDEM machine. The DINOCITY helpfully tips from the rear, out of a 3.5m3 hopper. Exclusively on the DINOCITY, this compact Suction Excavator can also tip directly into one tonne bags, two at a time.

Brokk Systems

Our new Brokk units allow us the flexibility to work anywhere, no matter the access, or the distance from the road. When married with our state-of-the-art Triple Fan Suction Excavator, our Brokk systems can excavate over 100m away from the main suction excavation unit.

This equipment is a favourite with rail contracts. The Brokk is the perfect tool to use on train station upgrades and UTX works due to its manoeuvrability.

The Brokk system can be applied in any way you need. For example, if the Brokk needs to be working at height such as on a roof or a platform, the Brokk can be lifted into position.

Due to their versatility and the fact they’re fully remote controlled via our highly skilled operators, our new Brokk units can be used for a range of applications, including:
We offer free site consultations anywhere in the UK to assess the works required and advise the correct method of excavation and what equipment you will need.

Brokk 120D

The Brokk 120D is perfect for excavation at distance. This lightweight robot offers impressive versatility for use in safe excavation in and around utilities, buildings, airports, railways, culvert cleaning, and roadworks.

Brokk 520D

The Brokk 520D outperforms all other diesel-powered machines of its size. It is stronger, faster, and has a longer reach, all while maintaining the same compact size as its predecessor, the Brokk 400D.

The Brokk 520D is useful where there is not a reliable power supply, making it the perfect machine for the most demanding tasks in all industries.

The Brokk utilises non-conductive 250mm flexible suction hoses when
working at distances. The flexible suction hoses provide you with a ‘go-anywhere’ ability, as the pipes can be positioned at almost any angle and can be diverted around or over obstructions.

The Brokk 520 is ideal in remote and boggy conditions. This capable robot will conquer most challenges – its huge tracks allows it to traverse in all terrain conditions, meaning however remote your excavation is, SEUK can get the job done.

Tracked Vac

Our Tracked Vac is an all-terrain suction excavator which is perfect for hard to reach areas, fields, inner city developments, etc.
This machine is perfect for lamp post columns, embankments, and other works requiring only small excavations. While the machine has its limitations due to its physical size and power output, it is surprisingly effective and you will be impressed with the productivity it achieves.

FHOSSFIELD

Collaborating with FHOSS, the global innovators in illuminated safety solutions, SEUK has co-designed the ultimate segregation solution for Suction Excavators which not only provides a clear 360 degree visual exclusion zone, but also uses AI cameras to detect, audibly warn, and record pedestrian excursions into the danger zone. This enables us to both prevent accidents and change pedestrian/operator behaviour.

Reducer

We offer a flexible solution by attaching a flange to the suction arm, allowing the reduction of the pipe size from 250mm to 125mm. This flexi reducer is particularly advantageous in areas where standard 250mm flexi hoses are unavailable, providing greater versatility. By enabling compatibility with smaller hoses, this reducer helps optimise system functionality while maintaining efficient airflow and suction performance, making it an ideal choice for environments with confined space.

Extension Pipes

Extension pipes are used to reach depths which are not usually achievable when using a suction excavator. We have hundreds of metres of flexi extension pipe available for hire on request.
